This is a special series for my local (Comox Valley and VI) students to learn new tangles and enjoy creating special art projects in each of four sessions - Sep 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Dec 14. Come to one or all, your choice.

Classes are scheduled for 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the Chapel of the Little Red Church on Comox Ave.

You will enjoy learning 3-4 new tangles each session and make your own step-out cards. Step-out cards are useful for quickly remembering how to draw a tangle. I like to keep mine in an envelope book which we will make during our sessions. Then relax and tangle a unique project using your new skills.

If you attend all four sessions, you will learn up to 16 new tangles, create 4+ Zentangle tile projects and your own Tangle Keeper (envelope book) to store and display your lovely creations.

Supplies provided to students:

• Zentangle tiles

• One Micron pen for the series (you may bring your own if it is fresh)

• Zentangle pencil and tortillon

• White shipping tags for step-out cards

• Book making supplies such as cover board, cover paper, thread, needle, etc.

Students bring to class:

• Collect and save legal size envelopes or purchase from local sources envelopes close to 9 x 4.5” in size. The standard business envelopes that everyone receives in the mail are about 9.5 x 4” which is perfect.

• Dollar store (or better) picture corners for attaching tangled tiles to your book.

• Additional pen choices and color mediums.
